If I could leave a review of 0 stars I would. Today is July 5th 2019 and our wifi went down sometime yesterday no big deal we thought it would be back on today but turns out when we called they said that we might have gotten moisture in the lines and they could send someone out in 7 days to fix it on July 12th. Overall this is just a terrible service stealing your money if its gonna take you 7 days to get someone to come fix our internet.read more

Valnet is a igh quality isp with great tech support and dependable internet service with very little down time. I have been a customer for years and have had their wireless service since it was first offered in my area and couldn't be happier. One of the things I like best is that if I ever do happen to have a problem or question, I can call them and actually speak to a person who can help me. The support techs are highly knowledgeable and have always gone above and beyond what is required to make sure my issue is completely resolved to my satisfaction. With a little work from the customer they give you an unlimited voice! Have to say the options and features on some of the products have impressed me. Coming from a computer science back ground and running my own small business, I'm always very picky, and was totally impressed with the product features and price . I like the Valnet internet. i have yet to have any down time. I love the customer service reps. they are so helpful and willing to explain anything i need to know. The fact that there is 24hr tech support makes me happy because i usually have more internet needs in the evening. Along with there being no contract i am amazed that they don't have data caps. Most unlimited cell service and even other internet companies have some type of limitation in that area.read more
